3.5.2 Pitta body

Pitta-P people are of average build, height and weight. They tend to be strong, with good stamina and endurance. Physically speaking, P people are hot-blooded (watch out vata and kapha). They are generally the most balanced physically, and tend to have lighter colored hair, fairer skin, and blue or green eyes. They often have a flushed complexion, freckles, or acne. The main quality of pitta is HOT (see figure F003).
