Relaxation is an important for beauty as exercise. Without deep relaxation, prana remains active and disrupts the three humors through excessive activity. It also aggravates the nervous system. Relaxation promotes a peaceful quality of prana, which, in turn, soothes the nervous system. Action must be accompanied by inaction or an imbalance will result. Meditation is a very good form of relaxation because it works on a deeper level of the being then just the nervous system. Meditation connects us to our true source of beauty, our true nature, consciousness. Thus it is the most powerful tool to enhance beauty.
